Overview

Bracket Buddy is a mountain bike suspension tuning tool that uses AI coaching to help riders dial in their setup. It is available on iOS and Android. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Data We Collect

• Account information — your email address, used to create and sign in to your account when you choose to enable premium features
• Conversation data — messages you send to the AI coach are processed to generate responses
• Suspension settings — any bracket data or settings you enter into the app
• Device information — basic technical info like device type and operating system version for debugging

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account and verify your subscription status
• To provide AI coaching responses through our secure backend server
• To save your conversation history and bracket setups locally on your device
• To improve the app experience

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not store your conversations on our servers after your session ends

Third Party Services

Bracket Buddy uses the following services to operate:

• Anthropic Claude — powers the AI coach. Messages you send are processed through Anthropic's API. See anthropic.com/privacy.
• Supabase — handles account creation, authentication, and subscription state. Your email and authentication tokens are stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — process subscription payments on iOS and Android respectively. We do not see or store your payment details.

Data Storage

Conversation history and bracket setups are stored locally on your device. Account information (your email and authentication state) is stored on Supabase. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

Bracket Buddy is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
